摘要:在实验室条件下采用低浓纸浆臭氧漂白自动化反应设备进行低浓亚麻浆臭氧漂白工艺研究。以高浓纸浆、低浓纸浆臭氧漂白动力学为研究基础,从传质学角度分析低浓纸浆臭氧漂白的漂白速率,探讨了低浓纸浆臭氧漂白的可行性;同时对低浓亚麻浆臭氧漂白工艺进行了研究。实验结果表明,低浓亚麻浆臭氧漂白的最优工艺条件为:浆浓3%,臭氧用量1.0%,pH值为2,在最佳实验条件下得到的纸浆再进行过氧化氢漂白,最终得到的漂白亚麻浆白度为84%,黏度668 mL/g。
Abstract:Ozone bleaching of flax pulp was carried out with a new laboratory automated equipment. Based on the study of high consistency and low consistency ozone bleaching kinetics, the bleaching rate of low consistency ozone bleaching was studied from the point of mass transfer and the feasibility of low consistency ozone bleaching was discussed. The conditions for ozone bleaching of flax pulp at low consistency were researched. The optimum process condition was 3% consistency, pH value 2, ozone dosage was 1.0%, the brightness and viscosity of the bleached flax pulp were 84% and 668 mL/g, respectively.
