摘要:为探讨木芙蓉皮是否具有制浆造纸价值，对木芙蓉的植物学特征、木芙蓉皮的纤维形态、化学成分进行分析，并进行手工纸抄造实验。结果表明，所抄木芙蓉皮纸的平均白度为31%，平均厚度为0.063 mm，平均定量为22.21 g/m²，纸面光滑细腻，可用作文化用纸，证明木芙蓉皮确是一种良好的造纸植物原料。

Abstract:The Hibiscus mutabilis bark was recorded asa kind of papermaking raw material in the ancient science book The Exploitation of the Works of Natureas and the famous Xue Tao Stationery was made of it. In order to explore the papermaking feasibility of the material, the botanical characteristics of the Hibiscus mutabilis, the fiber morphology and chemical composition of its bark were analyzed, the hand make paper was prepared in the lab, which proved that the Hibiscus mutabilis bark was a good papermaking fiber raw material and had further application potential．
