摘要:通过感官评析分析不同麻浆含量的卷烟纸对卷烟感官质量的影响,基于主成分分析法筛选出影响度较大的感官指标,并进行相关的机理分析。研究结果发现,随着卷烟纸麻浆含量的上升,卷烟总体感官质量呈现先上升后下降的趋势;卷烟纸产生的香味物质或气味物质进入到主流烟气中,影响烟气的香气和余味;卷烟纸麻浆含量变化对烟气水分有影响,进而影响卷烟烟气的干燥感。
Abstract:The effect of the proportion of hemp pulp in cigarette paper on cigarette sensory quality was studied by sensory evaluation, the influencial sensory index was screened out by principal component analysis method, and the impact mechanism was explored. The results showed that: 1) with the increasing of the proportion of hemp pulp in cigarette paper, the cigarette sensory quality presented a trend of rising first then declining. 2) The aroma substances or odorant substances released from cigarette paper entered into the mainstream smoking and affected the smell and aftertaste of smoke. 3) The change of the proportion of hemp pulp in cigarette paper could affect the moisture of the mainstream smoking and further influence the dry sensation of smoke.
