摘要:采用一定取代度的阳离子淀粉与碳酸钙进行预絮聚,通过控制预絮聚体的粒径,可获得具有良好稳定性的预絮聚体。将该预絮聚体用于文化用纸的加填,由于淀粉覆盖在碳酸钙表面,增加了其结合性能,纸张的表面强度及填料留着率均得到一定程度改善。填料留着率平均提高了24.2 个百分点。
Abstract:The Cationic starch and calcium carbonate flocculate with good stability and uniform particle size by pre flocculating cationic starch of certain cationic degree and charge density and calcium carbonate in a specific mixing equipment. When the flocculate was used for paper filling the bonding ability of the filler was enhanced, due to the starch covered on the filler surface, paper strength especially surface strength and wet end retention were improved significantly. The technology was applied to printing and writing paper production on PM2 of Yueyang Forest & Paper Corporation,it improved good retention effect, and filler retention rate was increased by 24.2%.
