紫外分光光度法快速测定[Mmim]DMP离子液体纯度的研究

摘要:探讨了采用紫外分光光度法快速测定合成的1,3-二甲基咪唑磷酸二甲酯([Mmim]DMP)离子液体纯度的可行性。对[Mmim]DMP水溶液稳定性研究结果表明,[Mmim]DMP离子液体水溶液在制备后24 h内稳定性较好,在最大吸收波长211 nm处离子液体水溶液浓度与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系。并绘制[Mmim]DMP水溶液标准样品的工作曲线,利用此标准工作曲线测定实验室自制[Mmim]DMP样品的纯度,且进行加标回收率分析。紫外分光光度法测定[Mmim]DMP纯度快速准确,加标回收率为97%~103%。
Abstract:The paper explored the possibility of utilizing ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine the purity of synthetic [Mmim] DMP ionic liquid rapidly. Firstly, the stability of [Mmim]DMP aqueous solution was studied, the results indicated that the [Mmim] DMP ionic liquid aqueous solution had better stability within 24 hours after preparation and that preferable linear relationship between concentration and absorbancy of ionic liquid emerged at 211nm of the maximum absorption wavelength. Then a working curve for standard sample of [Mmim]DMP aqueous solution was plotted and, used to determine the purity of the [Mmim]DMP sample prepared in lab, the recovery rate was analyzed. The result indicated that using ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine the purity of [Mmim] DMP was rapid and accurate and the recovery rate ranges from 97% to 103%.
