摘要:为提高纸张横向定量分布的均匀性,研究并设计了一种基于稀释水调浓方式对纸张横向定量进行调节的控制系统,该系统由定量检测部分、控制部分、执行机构三部分组成。控制部分通过与检测部分之间的数据交换获取横向定量数据,利用仿人智能控制策略得到控制输出,并输出至执行机构对稀释水阀开度进行调节,从而实现横向定量的调节。该系统可实现手动调节、自动调节两种方式,实际应用测试表明该系统能有效改善横向定量分布的均匀性。
Abstract:In order to improve the uniformity of cross direction basis weight of the paper sheet, a control system, which could adjust the cross direction basis weight by varying the stock consistency through adding more or less dilution water, was studied and designed. It was made up of detecting part, control part and actuator part. The control part got cross direction basis weight data by data exchanging with the detecting part. Then the intelligent control method was used to obtain the control output which was sent to the actuator to adjust the dilution water valves so as to realize the adjustment of cross direction basis weight. The system could work in two modes of manual control and auto control. Application tests showed that the system could effectively improve the distribution uniformity of cross direction basis weight.
