摘要:扬克(Yankee)烘缸是卫生纸机干燥部中最关键的部件,直接影响着成纸质量。根据调查显示,Yankee烘缸表面受损复杂、修复难度大、维护周期短且所需时间长,给企业带来了巨大的经济损失。本文介绍了近年来国内外通过表面检测技术、表面热喷涂技术和表面磨抛技术等扬克烘缸表面修复技术,对国内扬克烘缸表面高效、安全及在线修复技术的研究与发展具有一定的意义。
Abstract:Yankee dryer is the most critical component in the dryer section of a tissue machine and directly affects the quality of the paper. It was showed that the dryer surface damage was complex, its repair was difficult and time consuming, the maintenance cycle was short it caused huge economic losses to the enterprise. This paper introduced the advanced repair technology in domestic and abroad for Yankee dryer surface including surface detection technology, thermal spraying technology and surface grinding technology in recent years. It was significant for domestic research and development of the high-efficiency, secure and on-line repair technologies of Yankee dryer surface.
