摘要:采用MATLAB软件对对位芳纶短切纤维和浆粕纤维组成的浆料体系图像进行处理,获取浆料悬浮液的灰度直方图和均方差,研究了聚氧化乙烯(PEO)作为分散剂对对位芳纶纤维浆料体系沉降性能和阳离子需求量的影响。结果表明,当PEO用量为0.5%时,对位芳纶纤维悬浮液的分散性和稳定性最好。
Abstract:The aramid fiber and fabrid were rather easily flocculated in water medium, thus improving the dispersion of aramid fibers has become the major task. Polyethylene oxide has been widely used in the manufacture of synthetic fiber based paper as one kind of nonionic dispersant. In this paper MATLAB software was introduced to deal with the aramid fiber slurry system, then the gray histogram and mean-square deviation of distribution were obtained, the influences of polyethylene oxide on slurry system sedimentation performance and cationic demand were also studied. The results showed that when the dosage of polyethylene oxide was 0.5%, the dispersion and stability of the aramid fiber suspension was the best.
