| 摘要:主要讨论了造纸白水中泡沫产生的原理和危害以及常见消泡剂的类型，并对比了不同类型消泡剂的应用效果。结果表明，在施胶纸生产或中低车速纸机上，添加醇类消泡剂后施胶效果良好，生产成本较低；在非施胶纸生产或高速纸机上，醚类消泡剂效果更佳，消泡速度更快。 |
| Abstract:The forming principle and disservice of the froth as well as different types of the defoaming agent were discussed, and the applications of different defoaming agents in papermaking process were compared. The results indicated that alcohols defoaming agent is easier to control in low speed paper machines or producing sized papers, the cost is low and the products have good sizing efficiency. On the contrary, in high speed paper machines or producing unsized papers, ethers defoaming agent is better and defoaming effect is faster. |
