摘要:在总结武汉锅炉集团特种锅炉公司和国内外大型碱回收燃烧工段的实践和经验的基础上,分别就提高能源利用效率、降低污染物排放、节能和节水等节能环保新技术进行全面分析。对部分新旧碱回收锅炉技术进行了对比,并就碱回收锅炉的燃烧配风、蒸汽参数选取以及防腐的重要性作了具体阐述。
Abstract:In this paper, on the basis of summing up the practice and experience in the combustion plant of large chemical recovery at home & abroad, comprehensive description and comparative analysis in the aspects of energy efficiency, pollutant emissions reduction, water saving and environmental protection were presented. After the comparison analysis of the old and new chemical recovery boiler technologies the importance of selection of combustion air distribution and steam parameters as well as the corrosion of recovery boiler was discussed
