摘要:介绍了一种白水深度处理的方法,即同向流沉淀池的出水再经过Amiad叠片自清洗过滤器(Arkal Disc)和微纤线盒式过滤器(MT)深度处理,保证了出水SS浓度低于5 mg/L,满足回用于冷却循环水补充水的要求。同时,叠片自清洗过滤器和微纤线盒式过滤器的产水率分别为99%和98%,自清洗过滤器运行过程中无需投加化学药剂。
Abstract:Decentralized white water advanced treatment and recycle on the spot of paper mill can realize energy saving and reducing investment. The pilot trial adopted parallel flow sedimentation tank to simulate multi-disc filter, its effluent further passed through the Arkal disc filter and Amiad Microfiber filter (MT) to implement advanced treatment. The SS in the final effluent could maintain less than 5 mg/L and meet the supplementary water requirment of recycled cooling water. Meanwhile, water production rate of Arkal disc and MT could reach 99% and 98% respectively. in automatic filter working process, no chemical were added. This treatment process is regarded as novel white water advanced purification technology.
