原位合成硅酸镁铝制备低温型隔热纸

摘要:以硅酸钠、硫酸铝和硫酸镁为原料,在阔叶木浆纤维的细胞腔和细胞壁中原位合成硅酸镁铝,并用该复合纤维抄造低温型保温隔热纸。实验确定了在纤维细胞内原位合成硅酸镁铝制备复合纤维的最佳工艺条件:硅酸钠用量4.72 g/g绝干浆、硫酸铝用量7.43 g/g绝干浆、硫酸镁用量10.51 g/g绝干浆、反应时间30 min、反应温度70℃。该条件下制备的复合纤维抄造隔热纸,纸张的导热系数为0.051 W/(m·K),比直接用阔叶木浆抄造的空白样下降了38.55%,白度提高了32%,强度略有下降。用扫描电子显微镜-能谱(SEM-EDAX)对合成硅酸镁铝产物及隔热纸的结构、性能进行分析表明, 硅酸镁铝在纤维细胞内有沉积。
Abstract:The feasibility and process conditions of heat insulation paper manufacture based on in-situ synthesis of magnesium aluminum silicate in the hard wood pulp fibers were investigated. The results indicated that the better process conditions for manufacture of magnesium aluminum silicate heat insulation paper as the follows: the concentration of sodium silicate was 0.5 mol/L, the volume ratio of alumina sulfate (23 mol/L) and magnesium sulfate (1 mol/L) solution was 4∶6, the reaction time and temperature was 30 min and 70℃ respectively. Compared with the base paper, coefficient of heat conductivity of the paper reduced by 38.55%, and the brightness increased by 32%, however, the strength was lower than base paper. The synthetic material, microstructure and properties of the heat insulation paper were observed by SEM-EDAX. The results showed that the manufacture condition was easy to fulfill; the magnesium aluminum silicate was deposited on the fibers surface and in the fiber cells.
