| 摘要:介绍了帘式涂布对涂料中空气含量的要求，讨论了涂料中的气泡对幕帘稳定性的影响，介绍了气泡的去除原理与常见的气泡去除装置；分析了帘式涂布中边界空气层夹带的产生机理，从三相接触的角度阐述了空气夹带对帘式涂布动态润湿过程的影响，介绍了空气夹带的常见消除方法与消除装置。 |
| Abstract:In this paper, the limit of air content in curtain coating color is introduced, the effect of air bubbles on the curtain stability is discussed, the principle of air removal and common degassers are summarized. The principle of air boundary layer entrainment is introduced, the effect of air entrainment on dynamic wetting process in curtain coating is explained from the contacting of three phases, and the common eliminating methods and installations of air entrainment are summarized. |
