摘要:介绍了应用数值控制体积模型法对带式压光过程热量传递与能耗分析所得到的结果。对纸张厚度方向上的温度梯度、达到软化温度的纸张面层厚度、双面加热对压光操作后纸张物理性能的影响等进行了分析。并由此对带式压光在纸幅中所产生的温度梯度的有效性和可行的节能方法及其所能产生的效益进行了初步探讨。 |
Abstract:In this work, a numerical control volume method was applied to study the heat transfer and energy consumption of a belt calendar. The temperature gradient in paper Z-direction during calendering process, and the surface layer thickness of the paper which reached to the softening temperature, and the effect of heating both sides on the property of the calendered paper were analyzed. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the temperature gradient in the paper generated during calendering process, and the economic potential of energy-saving on a belt calendar was discussed. |
