摘要:利用壳聚糖与膨润土组成微粒助留助滤体系,研究其对烟草浆料的助留助滤性能,以及对烟草薄片物理性能的影响。结果表明,在造纸法烟草薄片生产中,利用壳聚糖与膨润土组成微粒助留助滤体系较单独使用壳聚糖可明显改善烟草浆料的助留助滤效果及烟草薄片的成形匀度。用量为0.1%的壳聚糖与用量为0.4%的膨润土组成的微粒助留助滤体系与只添加0.1%的壳聚糖相比,浆料的单程留着率、填料留着率、20 s内的滤水量分别提高了14%、12%和190 g。 |
Abstract:In this paper, the effect of chitosan and bentonite particulate retention and drainage system on the retention and drainage performance of the tobacco pulp, and tobacco sheet physical property was studied. The results showed that the chitosan /bentonite particle retention and drainage system can improve retention and drainage performance of the tobacco slurry significantly. Compared with using 0.1% chitosan alone, when the particulate retention and drainage system of 0.1% chitosan and 0.4% of the bentonite is used, the first retention, filler retention, drainage volume in 20 s are increased by 14%, 12% and 190 g respectively. |
