摘要:我国纸浆二氧化氯漂白工艺普遍采用的是氯酸盐法二氧化氯制备工艺,而且多为甲醇法,但如今开始推崇过氧化氢法。结合二氧化氯的实际制备过程,重点分析了甲醇、过氧化氢这两种还原剂在制备中的利弊,以及操作对制备过程的影响。通过对比可知,过氧化氢法是具有发展前景的好方法。同时,也分析了国外最新应用的联合还原剂的情况。
Abstract:Although chlorine dioxide preparation is commonly based on chlorate and using methanol process in China, hydrogen dioxide process now starts to be recommended, the advantages and disadvantages of applying those two reducing agents and their influence on the preparation operation are discussed. Application practice proved hydrogen dioxide process is promising in the future. Besides, the latest combined reducing agents developed in abroad are discussed, its introduction and application in China will be of great significance for chlorine dioxide bleaching.
