摘要:对甜高粱秆制取酒精后的固体废渣制浆性能进行了研究,着重研究了硫酸盐浆(KP)的制浆工艺条件。结果表明,甜高粱秆制取酒精后的固体废渣比较适于KP和KP-AQ法制浆,在适宜的蒸煮条件下可以制取细浆得率分别为51.9%和53.5%、各项强度指标较好的化学浆。
Abstract:Pulping properties particularly the kraft pulping conditions of solid residue of sweet sorghum stalk after producing ethanol were researched in this paper. The results showed that the sweet sorghum stalk residue was very suitable for kraft pulping and kraft-AQ pulping. The screened yields were 51.9% and 53.5% respectively under the suitable conditions, and the various strength indexes of the pulp including tensile strength, tear strength, bursting strength, folding endurance reached a higher level.
