摘要:就近二十年来国内外在半纤维素分离纯化领域取得的成果进行了综述，介绍了半纤维素分离纯化的最新方法，包括碱提取法、有机溶剂法、柱层析法和膜分离法等，并比较了不同方法的优缺点。
Abstract:The achievements obtained in the field of hemicellulose separation and purification in the last twenty years are reviewed. The new separation and purification methods are summarized, including the alkali extraction, the organic solvent extraction, the column chromatography and the membrane separation, etc. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared.
