摘要:本研究以植物源活性成分包括肉桂醛、丁香酚和柠檬醛为防霉组分制备浆糊,并应用于宣纸及绢布装裱,以明矾、黄柏、纳米ZnO、双癸基二甲基氯化铵为对照,系统分析了浆糊与裱件的物理性能、防霉及防虫性能。结果表明,植物源活性成分对浆糊涂刷性能及裱件颜色、力学性能、剥离强度影响较小,在书画装裱修复中替代明矾具有良好的可行性;肉桂醛表现出与双癸基二甲基氯化铵相当的防霉效果,制得浆糊与裱件在28天测试中均无明显霉菌生长;进一步与樟脑复配后,制得裱件对烟草甲幼虫的3天致死率达100%。
Abstract:In this study, the plant-derived active ingredients cinnamaldehyde, eugenol, and citral were used as antifungal components to prepare starch paste materials, with alum, Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex, nano-ZnO, and dodecyl-dimethyl ammonium chloride as controls. The prepared pastes were applied to the mounting of Xuan paper and silk fabric. The systematic analysis was conducted on starch pastes and mounted materials’ physical properties, mold and insect resistance. The results showed that the plant-derived active ingredients had minimal impact on starch pastes’ brushing performance, as well as the color, mechanical properties, and peel strength of mounted samples, demonstrating good feasibility for replacing alum in the mounting and restoration of calligraphy and painting. Among them, cinnamaldehyde exhibited antifungal effectiveness comparable to that of dodecyl-dimethyl ammonium chloride, with no significant mold growth observed in either prepared starch paste or mounted sample over a 28 d test period. Furthermore, when combined with camphor, the prepared mounted samples achieved a 100% mortality rate against cigarette beetle (Lasioderma serricorne) larvae within 3 d.
