摘要:为揭示碳酸钙分布对卷烟纸综合性能的影响机制,本研究系统探讨了浆内添加与表面喷射碳酸钙制备卷烟纸的物理强度、透气度、阴燃速率等关键指标,以及卷烟凝灰性能、主流烟气成分释放规律。结果表明,表面喷射碳酸钙制备的卷烟纸中,碳酸钙均匀覆盖在纤维表面并填充其间孔隙,有效提高了卷烟纸透气均匀性和罗纹清晰度。与浆内添加碳酸钙制备的卷烟纸对比,阴燃速率加快了8.9%~11.1%;烟支燃烧时凝灰裂口率降低了7.7%~15.6%,炭化圈宽度收窄,凝灰颜色呈均匀的灰白色;主流烟气中焦油含量降低4.6%~6.1%,CO释放量减少4.1%~5.7%,有一定的降焦减害效果。
Abstract:To reveal the effect mechanism of the distribution of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) on the comprehensive performance of cigarette paper, this study systematically investigated the key indexes such as physical strength, air permeability, and smoldering rate of cigarette paper prepared by in-pulp adding and surface spraying CaCO3, as well as the ash deposition performance and mainstream smoke component release patterns of cigarettes. The results showed that in cigarette paper prepared by surface spraying, CaCO3 was uniformly coated on the surface of fibers and filled the interstices between them, effectively improving the air permeability uniformity and thread line clarity of the cigarette paper. Compared with cigarette paper prepared by in-pulp adding, the smoldering rate was accelerated by 8.9% to 11.1%; the ash cracking rate during cigarette combustion was reduced by 7.7% to 15.6%, the width of the charred zone was narrowed, and the ash color was uniform grayish white, the tar content in mainstream smoke was reduced by 4.6% to 6.1%, and the CO release was decreased by 4.1% to 5.7%, indicating a certain effect in reducing tar and harm.
