摘要:本文系统综述了碳纸的制备方法及其在质子交换膜燃料电池、锂电池、锌电池和超级电容器中的应用研究进展,重点阐述其作为质子交换膜燃料电池气体扩散层时,导电、力学与孔结构的协同调控策略,在锂电池与锌电池中作为催化剂基材、界面稳定层的功能设计,以及在柔性储能器件中多级孔结构与复合导电网络的构筑方法。同时,对未来研究方向进行展望:应聚焦多尺度孔结构精准调控、绿色低成本制备技术开发及多功能一体化设计,以推动碳纸在新型储能器件电极体系中的产业化应用。
Abstract:This paper systematically reviewed the research progress of carbon paper preparation methods and its application in proton exchange membrane fuel cells, lithium batteries, zinc batteries and supercapacitors. It emphatically elaborated the synergistic regulation strategies of electrical conductivity, mechanical properties and pore structure when carbon paper was used as the gas diffusion layer in proton exchange membrane fuel cells, and the functional design as catalyst substrates and interface stabilization layers in lithium and zinc batteries, as well as the construction methods of hierarchical pore structures and composite conductive networks in flexible energy storage devices. Meanwhile, the future research directions were prospected. Research should focus on the precise regulation of multiscale pore structures, the development of green and low-cost preparation technologies and the design of multifunctional integration, so as to promote the industrial application of carbon paper in electrode systems of new energy storage devices.
