摘要:本研究采用玉米秸秆乙酸法制浆废液(简称降解液),通过盆栽实验探究不同稀释倍数(25~200倍)降解液对土壤理化性质、酶活性及叶菜植株生长情况的影响。结果表明,降解液中含糖类、小分子有机酸等多种成分,施加降解液可以使土壤有机质含量提高、pH值下降、电导率升高、蔗糖酶和磷酸酶活性提高;当稀释倍数>100倍时,土壤容重下降、含水率提升、全磷和有效磷含量提升、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性下降;当稀释倍数>50倍时,土壤铵态氮含量提升;稀释倍数50~200倍的降解液均能促进植株生长,其中施加稀释倍数100倍降解液的植株长势最好。综上所述,玉米秸秆乙酸制浆废液全组分可以用于改良土壤,适宜浓度的降解液可以有效改善土壤物理特性、化学肥力和生物肥力,促进作物生长。
Abstract:In this study, the waste liquid from acetic acid pulping of corn straw (referred to as degradation liquid) was used. Through potting experiments, the effects of different dilution ratios (25~200 times) of degradation liquid on soil physicochemical properties, enzyme activities, and the growth of leafy vegetable plants were explored. The results showed that the degradation liquid contained various components such as sugars and small molecule organic acids. The application of degradation solution could increase the content of soil organic matter, decrease the pH value, increase the electrical conductivity, and enhance the activities of sucrase and phosphatase. When the dilution ratio was greater than 100 times, the soil bulk density decreased, the water content increased, the contents of total phosphorus and available phosphorus both increased, and the activities of urease and catalase both decreased. When the dilution ratio was greater than 50 times, the content of ammonium nitrogen of soil increased. Degradation solutions diluted 50 to 200 times could all promote plant growth, among which the plants treated with degradation solution diluted 100 times had the best growth. In conclusion, the entire component of the waste liquid from acetic acid pulping of corn stalks could be used to improve soil quality. The degradation liquid at an appropriate concentration could effectively enhance the physical properties, chemical fertility, and biological fertility of the soil, and promote the growth of crops.
