| 摘要:本研究通过胶体磨机械处理TEMPO氧化纤维素制得改性纤维(CRF),与丙烯酸(AA)、聚苹果酸(PMLA)和硝酸银(AgNO3)在紫外光下聚合,制备出一种具有良好抑菌性能的新型卫生用吸水材料(CRF-PMLA-Ag-SAM),并进行性能表征。结果表明,CRF、AA、PMLA成功发生共聚反应,且Ag元素以Ag+和Ag0 2种价态存在;在CRF添加量为15%时,PMLA和AgNO3添加量均为1%制得的CRF-PMLA-Ag-SAM对生理盐水具有良好的吸收保持倍率,吸水倍率为128 g/g,保水倍率为76 g/g;对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有明显抑制作用,抑菌圈直径分别为9.5和9.8 mm。 |
| Abstract:In this study, modified fiber (CRF) was prepared by mechanical treatment of tempo oxidized cellulose with colloidal mill, and a new type of absorbent sanitary material (CRF-PMLA-Ag-SAM) with good antibacterial properties was prepared by polymerization with acrylic acid (AA), poly malic acid (PMLA), and silver nitrate (AgNO3) under UV light. The results showed that CRF, AA, and PMLA were successfully copolymerized, and Ag existed in two valence states of Ag+ and Ag0. At the addition amount of 15% CRF, the CRF-PMLA-Ag-SAM prepared with the addition amount of 1% PMLA and 1% AgNO3 had good absorption retention rate for normal saline, with water absorption rate of 128 g/g and water retention rate of 76 g/g, which had obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, and the diameter of inhibition zone was 9.5 and 9.8 mm, respectively. |
