摘要:当前锂离子电池多采用有机液态电解质,在遭受外部冲击时,有毒且易燃的液态电解质会发生泄露,若采用凝胶态电解质便能避免多种危险。使用凝胶聚合物电解质替代传统有机液态电解质来解决液态电解质易泄露问题成为研究热点之一。本文介绍了5种不同基质的凝胶电解质的研究现状,包括研究最早的聚乙烯氧化物(PEO)基凝胶电解质,具有较高玻璃化转换温度的偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物(PVDF-HFP)基凝胶电解质等。对比分析了原位制备与非原位制备方法,包括工艺简单的高能电子束辐射方法、技术成熟的静电纺丝方法等。深入剖析了各种制备技术的原理,最后对其在锂离子电池中应用前景进行了展望。
Abstract:At present, the lithium-ion batteries mostly use organic fluid electrolytes. When suffering from external impact, a toxic and flammable liquid electrolyte will be leaked. If gel polymer electrolytes can be used, a variety of dangers can be avoided. The use of gel polymer electrolyte instead of traditional liquid mechanical electrolyte can solve the problem of liquid electrolyte leakage. This article summarized the research status of five different substrates of gel electrolytes, including studying the earliest PEO base gel electrolyte, and PVDF-HFP base gel electrolytes with higher glass-based conversion temperature. Compared with the analysis of in situ preparation and non-original preparation methods, such as the simple high-energy electron beam radiation method, the technical mature static spinning method, etc. The principles of various preparation techniques had been deeply analyzed, and the development prospects of its application in lithium-ion batteries were finally outlook.
