摘要:本研究以文化用纸生产线为例,对高速纸机真空系统进行改造,用磁悬浮透平真空泵替代水环式真空泵,对相应的工艺流程进行了优化,在确保纸机运行稳定的前提下,对高速纸机网部、压榨部真空分布及节能效果进行了分析。结果表明,经改造后纸机真空系统能耗降低30%,吨纸能耗下降21 kWh。 |
Abstract:This paper introduced the transformation of the vacuum system of high-speed paper machine which taked cultural paper production lives as an example, replaced the water ring vacuum pump with magnetic levitation turbine vacuum pump, optimized the corresponding process flow. Under the premise of ensuring the stable operation of the paper machine, the vacuum distribution and energy saving effect of the mesh and press parts of paper machine were analyzed.The results showed that the energy consumption of the vacuum system of paper machine decreased 30%, and the energy consumption of ton paper decreased 21 kWh. |
