摘要:压力筛是制浆造纸工艺流程中的重要设备,负责对上网浆进行筛选,以保证设备不会因纸浆中的异物受到损坏。本文对压力筛工作原理及典型故障进行了简要说明,并重点对压力筛流体激振故障进行了分析论述。详细说明了如何通过现场情况、数据分析等信息,诊断压力筛流体激振故障,并通过现场实际诊断案例说明该故障诊断的具体应用。
Abstract:Pressure screen is a very important equipment in the pulping and papermaking process, responsible for precise screening of the pulp to ensure that the equipment is not damaged by foreign objects in the pulp. This paper provided a brief explanation of the working principle and typical faults of the pressure screen, with a focus on analyzing and discussing the fluid induced vibration faults of the pressure screen. This article provided a detailed explanation of the way to diagnose fluid vibration faults in pressure screens through on-site conditions, data analysis, and other information. Through actual on-site diagnostic case, the specific application of this fault diagnosis was explained.
