摘要:芳纶纸是一种具有优异耐热性、耐腐蚀性和耐磨性的新型高性能纸基材料,被广泛应用于航空航天、国防、信息技术、能源和环保等重要领域。本文综述了近年来芳纶纸的改性方法及芳纶纸力学性能调控技术,分析了不同改性方法对芳纶纸力学性能的影响规律,总结了芳纶纸的增强增韧机制,旨在为芳纶纸力学性能优化研究提供参考。同时进一步介绍了芳纶纸的应用研究进展,并对芳纶纸未来发展趋势及面临的挑战进行了展望。 |
Abstract:Aramid paper is a new type of high-performance paper-based material, which has excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, etc. It is widely used in significant fields such as aerospace, national defense, information technology, energy and environmental protection. This paper reviewed the modification methods, mechanical control technology and principles of aramid paper studied in recent years, analyzed the influence and mechanism of different modification methods on the structure, morphology, and mechanical properties of aramid paper, and summarized the mechanism of aramid paper reinforcement. This paper aimed to provide a reference for optimizing the mechanical properties of aramid paper. In addition, this paper further summarized the application research progress of aramid paper, and discussed the future development trend and challenges of aramid paper. |
