摘要:随着“双碳”战略的不断推进,固体废弃物的资源化利用愈发受到重视。目前,固体废弃物的综合利用率较低,产品附加值不高。近年来,利用固体废弃物制备造纸填料受到了广泛关注。固体废弃物基造纸填料不仅能够合理处置固体废弃物、缓解环境污染问题,还能在一定程度上替代植物纤维原料,降低造纸生产成本、改善纸张性能,因而成为了固体废弃物综合利用的有效途径之一。本文针对造纸填料的特性及应用领域,探讨了固体废弃物用作造纸填料的优势。根据固体废弃物转化为造纸填料的途径及其自身的物化特性,分析了其对纸张物理性能的影响,并展望了固体废弃物及造纸填料未来的发展方向。 |
Abstract:With the continuous advancement of the “dual carbon” strategy, the utilization of solid waste is increasingly emphasized. At present, the overall utilization rate of solid waste and added value of the products are relatively low. In recent years, the solid waste-based paper fillers have received widespread attention because the solid waste based paper fillers can not only alleviate environmental pollution issues but also substitute cellulose fiber raw materials, reduce paper production costs and improve paper properties to some extent. Therefore, using solid waste to prepare paper filler is undoubtedly an effective way to utilize solid waste comprehensively. This paper discussed the advantages and challenges of solid waste based-paper filler. The impacts of solid waste based-paper filler on the physical properties of paper were also analyzed based on preparation strategies and their physical and chemical properties. Finally, the development direction of solid waste based filler was also outlined. |
