摘要:本研究采用ZnCl2、KOH和尿素共同活化处理工业碱木质素,经高温碳化(700 ℃)制备得到木质素基高吸附性能材料(Zn-LB)。将Zn-LB用于亚甲基蓝和甲基橙染料溶液吸附实验,探究了染料种类、吸附温度、多元混合染料体系对Zn-LB吸附性能的影响。结果表明,Zn-LB的比表面积高达2 190.3 m2/g。通过Langmuir吸附等温线模型拟合了Zn-LB对亚甲基蓝和甲基橙的最大平衡吸附量分别为1 345.9和1 732.4 mg/g。此外,Zn-LB对亚甲基蓝的吸附量随温度的升高而升高,表明吸附亚甲基蓝是一个吸热过程;而Zn-LB对甲基橙的吸附则相反,是一个放热过程。 |
Abstract:The industrial alkali lignin was subjected to co-activation treatment with ZnCl2, KOH, urea, and lignin-based adsorption material with high adsorption capacity (Zn-LB)was prepared by high temperature carbonization(700 ℃). The prepared material was used in adsorption experiments with methylene blue and methyl orange dyes to explore the effects of dye type, adsorption temperature, and a multi-component dye system on the adsorption capacity of Zn-LB. The results showed that the specific surface area of the prepared Zn-LB samples reached 2 190.3 m2/g. The maximum equilibrium adsorption capacities of Zn-LB for methylene blue and methyl orange, as fitted through the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model, were 1 345.9 and 1 732.4 mg/g, respectively. Additionally, the adsorption capacity for methylene blue increased with increasing temperature, indicating that the adsorption of methylene blue was an endothermic process. Conversely, the adsorption capacity for methyl orange decreased with rising temperature, suggesting an exothermic process. |
