摘要:本研究以热电厂脱硫氧化工艺流程中的200 kW磁悬浮鼓风机为研究对象,设计了一种自动控制系统。该系统可以实现对磁悬浮鼓风机的精准控制和远程实时监控,自动调节鼓风机的转速以及风量,并能够自动检测鼓风机的故障并及时报警,从而提高了设备的控制精度和生产效率,减少了人工干预对设备运行的影响,增强了设备的稳定性和安全性。
Abstract:This paper took the 200 kW magnetic levitation blower in the desulfurization and oxidation process of a thermal power plant as the research object, and designed an automatic control system. This system could achieve precise control and remote real-time monitoring of the magnetic levitation blower, and automatically adjusted the blower speed and air volume, and automatically detected blower faults and gave timely alarms. Thus, the control accuracy and production efficiency of the equipment were improved, and the influence of manual intervention on the operation of the equipment was reduced, and the stability and safety of the equipment were enhanced.
