摘要:本研究将羟丙基封端聚硅氧烷(HP-PDMS)作为混合软段,对水性聚氨酯(WPU)进行改性,分别制备WPU和有机硅改性水性聚氨酯(SIWPU)乳液,将乳液稀释20倍制得纸质文物保护液。用宣纸模拟纸质文物,探讨了含有不同添加量HP-PDMS的WPU和SIWPU保护液对宣纸的表观性能及老化前后力学性能的影响。结果表明,SIWPU乳液粒径较小且分布较窄,SIWPU胶膜在全紫外波段透过率均在30%以下,具有一定的紫外光屏蔽功能,同时耐水性较纯WPU胶膜有所提升;经过SIWPU保护液涂布的宣纸,其抗张指数和撕裂指数较宣纸最高可提高190.3%和135.2%,同时具有较好的抗干热老化性能。 |
Abstract:Water-borne polyurethane (WPU) was modified using hydroxypropyl terminated polysiloxane (HP-PDMS) as a mixed soft section. WPU and silicone modified waterborne polyurethane (SIWPU) emulisions were prepared respectively, and the emulisions were diluted 20 times to prepare protective liquid. Xuan paper was used to simulate paper cultural relics. The effects of HP-PDMS dosage in protective solutions on the morphology and mechanical properties of xuan paper before and after dry heat aging were explored. The results showed that the particle size of SIWPU emulsion was small and its distribution was narrow. The transmittance ratio of the SIWPU film in the full ultraviolet band was less than 30%, which had a certain UV shielding function. At the same time, the water resistance was improved compared to the pure WPU film. Compared with xuan paper, the tensile index and tear resistance of xuan paper coated with SIWPU liquid could be increased by 190.3% and 135.2%, and also possessed great resistance to dry heat aging. |
