摘要:为提高废纸造纸污泥的资源化利用效率,在煅烧温度650 ℃的条件下制备了废纸造纸污泥灰,对掺有0、5%、10%、15%和20%污泥灰的水泥砂浆流动度、凝结时间和抗压强度进行了研究。结果表明,污泥灰的掺入会降低水泥砂浆的流动性,当污泥灰掺量从0增加到5%时,初始流动度损失约14.2%,当污泥灰掺量增加到20%时,初始流动度损失约29.6%;污泥灰的掺入会缩短水泥砂浆的凝结时间,当污泥灰掺量为15%时,凝结时间明显缩短,砂浆初凝时间缩短约53 min,终凝时间缩短约37 min;掺加污泥灰有利于提高水泥砂浆的抗压强度,当污泥灰掺量从0增加到5%时,水泥砂浆的抗压强度提升较大,其中3天抗压强度提升约12.5%,28天抗压强度提升约8.7%。 |
Abstract:In order to improve the resource utilization efficiency of waste paper sludge, waste paper sludge ash was prepared at a calcination temperature of 650 ℃. The fluidity, setting time and compressive strength of cement mortar mixed with waste paper sludge ash of 0, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% were studied. The results showed that the incorporation of sludge ash would reduce the fluidity of cement mortar. When the sludge ash content increased from 0 to 5%, the initial fluidity loss was about 14.2%, and when the sludge ash content increased to 20%, the initial fluidity loss was about 29.6%. The incorporation of sludge ash would shorten the setting time of cement mortar. When the sludge ash content was 15%, the setting time was obviously shortened, the initial setting time of mortar was shortened by about 53 min, and the final setting time was shortened by about 37 min. Adding sludge ash was beneficial to improve the compressive strength of cement mortar. When the sludge ash content increased from 0 to 5%, the compressive strength of cement mortar increased greatly. The 3 d compressive strength increased by about 12.5%, and the 28 d compressive strength increased by about 8.7%. |
