摘要:针对市售活性炭滤纸中活性炭含量低的问题,本研究从原料和制备工艺出发,探究了植物纤维的分丝帚化及涤纶短切纤维的添加对活性炭滤纸中活性炭留着率和物理性能的影响,并构建了具有特殊添加顺序的双元助留体系来协助活性炭粉末的留着,最终获得活性炭含量高达46.2%的高强度活性炭滤纸,其四氯化碳吸附值为34.0%。以室内空气净化为目标场景,本研究创新性地将活性炭滤纸设计制作成“瓦楞蜂窝”结构。该结构活性炭滤纸对5种室内常见气体表现出较好的去除效果,其中对乙酸和甲苯的去除率可达100%,对甲醛的去除率为65.2%。 |
Abstract:In response to the problem of low content of activated carbon in commercial avaliable activated carbon filter paper, this study started from raw materials and preparation pocessing to explore the effects of the plant fiber fibrillation and the polyester fiber on the content of activated carbon and physical properties of activated carbon filter paper. A binary retention system with special addition sequence was also constructed to assist the retention of activated carbon powder. Finally, a high-strength activated carbon filter paper with activated carbon content of 46.2% was obtained, of which the CTC value was 34.0%. Taking the indoor air purification as the target scene, this study innovatively designed “corrugating honeycomb” structure for the activated carbon filter paper. The materials with the structure showed good removal effects for five types of gases, among which the removal effects of acetic acid, toluene and formaldehyde were 100%, 100%, and 65.2%, respectively. |
