摘要:本文综述了纳米纤维素在药物传递系统中的应用,并介绍了纳米纤维素的制备方法及影响其性能的因素,详细阐述了纳米纤维素的性能,及其在药物负载、药物缓释、靶向给药等方向的作用机制。同时,深入探讨了药物传递系统中的纳米纤维素在生物安全性、工业化生产及规模化应用等方面所面临的挑战,并对其未来应用进行了展望。
Abstract:This paper reviewed the application research of nanocellulose in drug delivery systems, and introduced the preparation methods of nanocellulose and the factors affecting its performance. The properties of nanocellulose and its mechanism of action in drug loading, drug slow release and targeted drug delivery were described in detail. At the same time, the challenges faced by nanocellulose in the aspects of biosafety, industrial production and scale application were discussed. The future application of nanocellulose was aslo prospected.
