摘要:为探究纸基摩擦材料最佳压缩比,本研究分析了热压过程中压缩比对纸基摩擦材料机械性能的影响,探讨了在空气介质与传动油介质中温度和压缩比对其压缩回弹性能的影响。结果表明,纸基摩擦材料的压缩比在40%时,材料具有最佳的孔隙结构和机械性能;其孔隙率55.3%、孔径分布均匀,平均孔径1.91 μm,硬度值98 HRR,平均动摩擦因数0.117,剪切强度3.6 MPa,热机械性能稳定;在相同介质中,压缩比的增大可提高纸基摩擦材料的压缩回弹性能、降低永久变形率,而温度的升高则导致材料压缩回弹性能下降和永久变形率增加;相较于在空气介质中,纸基摩擦材料在传动油介质中的压缩回弹性能更加稳定。
Abstract:To explore the optimal compression ratio of paper-based friction materials, the effect of compression ratio on the mechanical properties of paper-based friction materials during hot pressing was studied. The effect of temperature and compression ratio on the compressive resilience of paper-based friction materials in air medium and transmission oil medium were discussed in this study. The results showed that the paper-based friction material had the best pore structure and mechanical properties when the compression ratio was 40%. The sample porosity was 55.3%, the pore size was evenly distributed with the average pore size was 1.91 μm, the hardness was 98 HRR, the average kinetic friction coefficient was 0.117, the shear strength was 3.6 MPa, and the thermal mechanical properties were stable. In the same medium, the increase of compression ratio could improve the compressive resilience and decrease the permanent deformation rate of paper-based friction materials, while the increase of temperature leaded to the decrease of compressive resilience and increase of permanent deformation rate. In the transmission oil medium, the compressive resilience of the sample was more stable than that in the air medium.
