摘要:本研究采用芳纶纤维和碳纤维作为原料,通过斜网成形技术制备了一种电磁参数可以灵活设计的纸基复合材料。通过浆网速比调控碳纤维的分布,实现对纸基复合材料纵向和横向的电磁参数的调控。结果表明,浆网速比为0.5时,纸基复合材料的抗张指数纵横向比为2.2,8~12 GHz频率下纸基复合材料的介电常数实部纵横向比为2.1~2.2;浆网速比为1.2时,纸基复合材料的抗张指数纵横向比为1.5,8~12 GHz频率下纸基复合材料的介电常数实部纵横向比为1.5~1.6。仿真计算和工程化实验结果表明,控制浆网速比是调控碳纤维/芳纶纸基复合材料电磁参数的重要方法。 |
Abstract:In this study, the paper-based composite materials with flexible electromagnetic parameters were prepared from carbon fiber and aramid fiber by inclined wire forming. The distribution of carbon fiber was controlled by adjusting jet-to-wire speed ratio to realize the adjustment of the paper electromagnetic parameters of paper-based composite materials at machine and cross direction (MD and CD). The results showed that when the jet-to-wire speed ratio was 0.5, the tensile index MD/CD ratio of paper-based composite materials was 2.2, and the permittivity real part MD/CD ratio was 2.1~2.2 at 8~12 GHz. When the jet-to-wire speed ratio was 1.2, the tensile index MD/CD ratio of parper-based composite materials was 1.5, and the permittivity real part MD/CD ratio was 1.5~1.6 at 8~12 GHz. The results showed that the control of jet-to-wire speed ratio was an important method to regulate the electromagnetic parameters of carbon fiber/aramid paper-based composite materials. |
