摘要:本研究以碱性过氧化氢机械浆(APMP)生产废水为研究对象,采用2套实验室厌氧反应器装置(对照组R1、实验组R2),研究微量元素铁(Fe(Ⅱ))和硒(Se(Ⅵ))对厌氧反应器运行性能和微生物群落演化的影响。结果表明,当2套厌氧反应器的容积负荷从3.3 kgCODCr/(m³·d)逐渐提高到16.0 kgCODCr /(m³·d)时,R2中CODCr平均去除率达(78±4.5)%,R1中去除率仅为(67±6.4)%;挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)与碱度(ALK)比值显示R2<R1<0.3,R2系统运行更加稳定。实验结束时,R1、R2中辅酶F420浓度相较于实验开始时分别增加了12.6%和19.6%,污泥的挥发性固体悬浮物/总固体悬浮物含量(V/T)分别为66.9%和68.2%,R1中污泥粒径整体小于R2。高通量测序结果显示,添加微量元素Fe(Ⅱ)和Se(Ⅵ)能够提高系统中微生物相对丰度,对厌氧系统的处理效果及优势菌的生长繁殖具有正向作用。 |
Abstract:Taking the wastewater from alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp (APMP) production as an object, two sets of laboratory anaerobic reactor devices (control group R1, test group R2) were used to study the effects of trace elements like ferrum (Fe(Ⅱ)) and selenium (Se(Ⅵ)) on the performance of anaerobic reactor and the evolution of microbial community. The results showed that the CODCr removal rate in R2 was (78 ± 4.5)% on average, with the CODCr removal rate of (67±6.4)% in R1, when the volume loading rate of anaerobic reactor changed from 3.3 kgCODCr/(m³·d) increasing to 16.0 kgCODCr/(m³·d), gradually. The ratio of volatile fatty acid (VFA) to alkalinity (ALK) showed R2<R1<0.3, which indicated that R2 system was more stable. At the end of the experiment, the content of coenzyme F420 in R1 and R2 increased by 12.6% and 19.6%, respectively, compared with that at the beginning. The MLVSS/TSS (V/T) reached 66.9% and 68.2% respectively, and the size of granular sludge in R1 was smaller than that in R2. High throughput sequencing results showed that the addition of Fe(Ⅱ)and Se(Ⅵ)could promote the growth of microorganisms in the anaerobic system, improving the relative abundance of species, and have a positive effect on the treatment effect of the anaerobic system and the growth and reproduction of dominant bacteria. |
