摘要:甘蔗渣是制糖工业副产物,也是一种产量丰富、可再生的生物质资源。我国绝大多数甘蔗渣被直接用作生物质燃料或生产纸浆的原料,产生的经济效益比较有限。本文就甘蔗渣在制备纸浆和生物质燃料等传统领域的利用现状进行了分析与讨论,提出了存在的主要问题。在此基础上,归纳了近年来以甘蔗渣为原料,在制备低聚糖、纳米纤维素、碳量子点以及活性炭新型高值化产品等领域的研究进展,并提出了甘蔗渣资源梯度、多值化、高值化综合利用策略,为甘蔗渣高值化产品的产业化提供一定参考。 |
Abstract:Bagasse is a by-product of sugar industry, and it is also a renewable biomass resource with abundant yield. Most of bagasse in China is directly used as biomass fuel or as a feedstock for pulp production, generating relatively limited economic benefits. This paper analyzed the current situation of the bagasse in traditional areas such as the preparation of pulp and biomass fuels, and presented the main exist problems. On this basis, the recent research progress in the preparation of new high-value products such as oligosaccharides, nanocellulose, carbon quantum dots and activated carbon from bagasse was summarized. Finally, a strategy for the multi-value and high-value comprehensive utilization of bagasse resources was proposed, with a view to realizing industrialization of high-value bagasse products. |
