摘要:本研究利用与间位芳纶纸同质同源的间位芳纶原液对芳纶纸进行涂覆增强。结果表明,间位芳纶原液会引起纤维的润胀,促使其尺寸增加,显著改善纤维之间的界面结合,减少了纸张的孔隙,促进了芳纶纸的致密化。同时,芳纶原液在纸张表面形成一层致密的保护膜,使芳纶纸的机械性能和绝缘性能得到很大提升。与芳纶原纸相比,芳纶增强纸的拉伸强度、模量、内结合强度和撕裂指数分别提高了0.8倍、0.6倍、1.7倍和0.9倍。芳纶增强纸的击穿强度比芳纶原纸提高了1.9倍,达到26.5 kV/mm。 |
Abstract:This study utilized meta-aramid spinning stock (MASS) solution, which was homologous to meta-aramid paper, to coat and enhance the aramid paper. The results showed that the MASS solution caused fiber swelling, resulting in increased dimensions and significantly improved the interfacial bonding between fibers, reducing paper porosity, and promoting densification of the aramid paper. Additionally, the MASS solution formed a dense protective film on the surface of the paper, greatly enhancing the mechanical and insulation properties of the aramid paper. Compared to the original aramid paper, the tensile strength, modulus, internal bonding strength, and tear index of the enhanced aramid paper were improved by 0.8, 0.6, 1.7, and 0.9 times, respectively. The breakdown strength of the enhanced aramid paper increased by 1.9 times compared to the original aramid paper, reaching 26.5 kV/mm. |
