摘要:高铬铸铁和高铬铸钢是制浆磨片的常用材料,本研究通过微观组织表征、硬度检测、夹杂物形态分析等手段,探讨了磨片失效的主要因素:非金属夹杂物和铸造缺陷,这2个因素直接影响磨片磨损性能;但微观组织中第二相析出碳化物强化基体可增强磨片耐磨性。该研究为进一步提高磨片材料的耐磨性和稳定性等提供技术方向。 |
Abstract:High chromium cast iron and steel are commonly used materials for pulping refiner plate. The main failure factors of refiner plate were discussed by means of microstructure characterization, hardness testing, and impurity morphological analysis. The non-metallic impurity and casting defects directly affected the wear performance of refiner plate. However, the second phase precipitated carbide in the microstructure could strengthen the matrix so as to enhance the wear resistance. This research provided technical direction to further improve the wear resistance and stability of the refiner plate material. |
