摘要:以赋香香精及赋香卷烟纸共计55个样品为实验对象,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)柱后串联人工嗅辨仪(GC-QTOF-O)的方法对赋香卷烟纸的致香化合物进行定性嗅辨分析,采用顶空-气相色谱-离子迁移谱联用仪(HS-GC-IMS)对赋香卷烟纸中痕量致香物质进行快速分析,并通过GC-IMS指纹图谱,建立化学计量学-感官组学模型,以可视化形式对不同类别赋香卷烟纸的一致性开展评价。结果表明,从赋香香精和赋香卷烟纸中共识别鉴定出醇、酚、酯、醚、酮等29种致香物质,依据所建立模型可对赋香卷烟纸、成品卷烟的赋香卷烟纸、燃烧后赋香卷烟纸进行有效鉴定及分类识别,为赋香卷烟纸质量控制提供依据。 |
Abstract:A total of 55 samples of flavor and flavored cigarette paper were used as experimental objects. The aroma compounds of flavored cigarette paper were qualitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) post-column combining artificial olfactometer (GC-QTOF-O). Headspace-gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (HS-GC-IMS) was used to quickly analyze the trace aroma substances in flavored cigarette paper. The chemometric-sensomics model was established by GC-IMS fingerprint, and the consistency of different types of flavored cigarette papers was evaluated in a visual form. The results showed that a total of 29 kinds of alcohols, phenols, esters, ethers, and ketones were identified from the flavor and flavored cigarette paper. Based on the established model, the flavored cigarette paper, the flavored cigarette paper of the cigarette product, and the post-combustion flavored cigarette paper and its classification can be effectively identified and recognized, which provides a basis for the quality control of flavored cigarette paper. |
