摘要:将植物纤维加入由短切玻璃纤维和微细玻璃棉组成的玻璃纤维中,通过分散、成形、浸胶、干燥等工艺制备了植物纤维增强的玻璃纤维滤纸;探究了植物纤维类型、纤维占比、纤维打浆度对滤纸抗张强度、过滤性能及匀度的影响。结果表明,植物纤维的添加可有效提高玻璃纤维滤纸的抗张强度,但对其过滤性能和匀度会产生不利影响;制备植物纤维增强的玻璃纤维滤纸的最优工艺条件为:阔叶木纤维占比5%、打浆度为40 °SR,在此条件下,玻璃纤维滤纸的抗张指数较空白样提高了25.3%,品质因子也可维持在0.0220 Pa-1的较高水平。
Abstract:In this study, plant fiber was added to the glass fiber composed of chopped glass fiber and fine glass wool, and plant fiber reinforced glass fiber filter paper was prepared by dispersing, molding, dipping, drying, and other processes. The effects of plant fiber type, fiber proportion, and fiber beating degree on the tensile strength, filtration performance, and formation of filter paper were investigated. The results showed that the addition of plant fiber effectively improved the tensile strength of glass fiber filter paper, but had an adverse effect on its filtration performance and formation. The optimal process conditions for preparing plant fiber reinforced glass fiber filter paper were as follows: the proportion of hardwood fiber was 5%, and beating degree 40 °SR. Under these conditions, the tensile index of glass fiber filter paper was 25.3% higher than that of the blank sample, and the quality factor was maintained at a high level of 0.0220 Pa-1.
