摘要:本研究采用原位聚合法,利用纳米SiO2对水性聚氨酯进行改性,制备了一种可用于纸质文物保护的复合涂布液,并研究了手工宣纸涂布前后的形貌及力学性能,对保护液应用于模拟纸质文物的性能进行了评价。结果表明,具有光触媒作用的纳米SiO2引入水性聚氨酯中后分散良好,具有纳米粒径,且保护液在全紫外波段有80%左右的紫外线吸收,具有一定的紫外屏蔽效果。当纳米SiO2的添加量为0.5%时,与原纸相比,保护液涂布宣纸撕裂度提高了204.9%,抗张指数提高了282.7%;且具有良好的抗紫外老化性能。
Abstract:In this study, a complex coating used in paper relics protection was prepared by modified waterborne polyurethane with nano-SiO2 via in-situ polymerization. The surface appearance and mechanical properties of hand-made xuan paper before and after coating were studied, and the application performance of the coating to the simulated paper relics was characterized. The results showed that the nano-SiO2 with photocatalyst function introduced into the waterborne polyurethane was good dispersed with nano particle size. Moreover, the coating absorbed about 80% of the UV in the whole UV band, indicating a certain UV shielding effect. When the nano-SiO2 content was 0.5%, compared with control xuan paper, the tear strength of xuan paper increased 204.9% and the tensile index increased 282.7%, and with a good UV aging resistance.
