摘要:3D打印作为革命性的新型制造技术,具有光明的未来与广阔的前景。打印材料作为3D打印研究的重点,为满足多样化的需求仍需要继续探索。纤维素作为自然界中最常见的天然聚合物和植物的主要成分,存在多种优势,在生物基产品的制备中具有巨大潜力。目前,纤维素作为3D打印材料的研究已成为领域热点,得到了高度关注。本文将纤维素及其衍生物作为3D打印材料的研究进行综合整理,总结了纤维素及其衍生物在打印材料中作用和功能,以及纤维素类打印材料在3D打印中的应用,分析了纤维素类打印材料在3D打印中面临的挑战和未来发展前景。 |
Abstract:As a revolutionary new manufacturing technology, 3D printing has bright prospects and a promising future. Printing materials, the focus of 3D printing research, still need to be explored in order to meet diverse needs. As the most common natural polymer in nature and a major component of plants, cellulose has multiple advantages and great potential in the preparation of bio-based products. Currently, the research of cellulose as 3D printing material has become a hot spot in the field and has received high attention. In this paper, the literatures of cellulose and its derivatives as 3D printing materials were synthesised, the roles and functions of cellulose and its derivatives in printing materials, as well as the applications of cellulose-based printing materials in 3D printing were summarised, and the challenges and prospects of cellulose-based printing materials in 3D printing were analysed. |
