基于暗光柱定位的光柱镭射纸最佳颜色测量孔径研究

摘要:本研究采用手持积分球式分光光度计X-Rite Ci64及台式积分球式分光光度计Ci7800对7种镭射纸张进行多次颜色测量,寻找最合适的孔径值。结果表明,在Ci7800 3.5 mm和X-Rite Ci64 6 mm的孔径下,获取的纸张颜色更准确。多次测量后谱差约0.6,最小谱差仅0.15,光谱拟合度均可达99%,平均色差0.5左右。在后续的光柱镭射纸颜色测量过程中,选择较小孔径的仪器进行颜色测量,所获取的颜色更准确。
Abstract:In this study, a handheld integrating sphere spectrophotometer (X-Rite Ci64) and a benchtop integrating sphere spectrophotometer (Ci7800) were used to perform multiple color measurements on seven kinds of holographic paper. The results indicated that more accurate paper colors were obtained with the Ci7800 3.5 mm and X-Rite Ci64 6 mm apertures. The spectral difference after multiple measurements was about 0.6, and the minimum spectral difference was only 0.15. And the spectrum fitting coefficient could reach 99%. The average color difference was about 0.5. During the subsequent color measurement of the light pillars pattern of holographic paper, whose color obtained was more accurate by choosing an instrument with a smaller aperture for color instrument.
