摘要:在实验室条件下对阔叶木浆进行高浓、中浓、低浓臭氧漂白,并对漂白后纸浆的物理性能、结晶度、羧基含量等进行对比。结果表明,浆浓对漂白后纸浆性能有显著影响;当浆浓为3%时,漂白后纸浆白度为39.7%、黏度为745 mL/g、卡伯值为12.6。与中、高浓纸浆臭氧漂白相比,低浓臭氧漂白后的纸浆选择性最高为2.07。低浓臭氧漂白不仅可以防止纸浆黏度的下降,且一定程度上保护了纤维素的结晶区,臭氧利用率为96.5%,高于中、高浓纸浆臭氧漂白。 |
Abstract:The bleached hardwood pulp after ozone bleaching at high, medium, and low consistency under laboratory conditions were obtained, of which the physical properties, crystallinity, and carboxyl content were compared. The results showed that pulp consistency had significant effects on the properties of bleached pulp. When the pulp consistency was 3%, bleached pulp was obtained with whiteness of 39.7%,viscosity of 745 mL/g and Kappa value of 12.6. Compared with the bleached pulp after ozone bleaching at medium and high consistency, the selectivity of the bleached pulp after ozone bleaching at low consistency was highest of 2.07, indicating that ozone bleaching at low-consistency could not only prevent the decrease of pulp viscosity, but also protect the crystalline area of cellulose to a certain extent. And ozone utilization rate of ozone bleaching at low consistency was up to 96.5%, higher than which at medium and high consistency. |
