摘要:近年来,个人消费电子产品的需求迅速增加且更新换代的速度加快,由此产生的大量电子垃圾所带来的环境问题引起广泛关注。利用可再生、可降解的木质纤维生物质材料和纸基材料构建“绿色”电子产品被认为是解决电子垃圾污染的重要途径,逐渐成为研究热点。本文重点关注目前生物质和纸基电子材料的研究和应用进展,结合本研究团队的主要发现详细总结了通过物理、化学、表面和界面工程等方法来构建具有特定结构与功能的柔性电子材料与器件的策略,并对生物质和纸基材料在“绿色”柔性电子领域应用的挑战和前景进行了展望。 |
Abstract:With the development of science and technology, the demand for electronic products has increased and the speed of their replacement has accelerated. In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by electronic wastes, "green" electronic products have become an important development direction. Lignocellulose biomass and paper materials derived from natural resources, have become the ideal components of "green" electronic products and have made considerable progress due to their rich sources, renewable, biodegradable, good flexibility and other advantages. Based on the previous research of our group and in connection with the current development of biomass and paper-based electronic materials, this paper summarizd strategies and the properties of the resulting materials, which had 1-D, 2-D, and 3-D structures and specific functions, by the treatments of physical, chemical, biological, surface and interface engineering. Moreover, the challenges and prospects of "green" electronic field based on biomass were summarized, which provided a theoretical basis for the research and development of biomass and paper-based material. |
