摘要:在其他生产工艺参数不变的情况下,探索生活用纸纸张纹路随起皱刮刀磨损对手感(HF)值的影响。通过3D显微镜的拼接功能获得纸张微观图像,分析其表面形貌,量化皱纹的高度、宽度和长度,并计算出样品的单位长度和每平方厘米皱纹数。另外,利用柔软度测试仪(TSA)分析了生活用纸的宏观表面特性。结果表明,HF值随皱纹宽度、高度的增加而降低;单位长度和每平方厘米皱纹数越多,手感值越好。
Abstract:Under the other condition of constant production process parameters of tissue paper, the influence of the tissue paper crepes on the hand feel (HF) values with the wear of doctor blade was explored. The microscopic images of tissue paper were obtained by the 3D microscope stitching function to analyze the surface appearance of it, quantify the height, width and length of the crepes and calculate the quantity of crepes per centimeter and square centimeter. In addition, the Tissue Softness Analyzer (TSA) was used to characterize the macro-scopic surface of tissue. The results showed that the HF values decreased with the increasing of the width and height of the crepes, the larger amount of crepes per centimeter and square centimeter, the better the HF value.
