摘要:光源是基于机器视觉的纸病诊断系统中重要的部件之一。本课题围绕纸张的光学特性和光源特性开展研究,分析二者的特点,探索二者之间最佳的配合关系,并通过实验及系统运行表现确定相匹配的光源模块。结果表明,本课题设计的光源,在对低速窄幅纸机进行图像采集时,系统采集到的正常纸张图像背影灰度均匀、目标对比度较高。
Abstract:Light source is one of important part in the paper defect diagnosis system based on machine vision. The optical properties of paper and light source characteristics were carried out in this paper, of which the characteristics were analyzed to explore the best cooperation relationship between them. Finally, the match of the light source module was determined through experiment and running state of system. The results showed that the light source designed in this study could collect the normal paper images with uniform background grayscall, of which the target had high contrast when image acquisition for low-speed and narrow-web paper machines.
