摘要:利用玉米芯半纤维素和壳聚糖在碱/尿素/水体系中制备了半纤维素/壳聚糖复合凝胶,探讨了壳聚糖用量对复合凝胶的溶胀行为及压缩强度的影响,并考察了复合凝胶的热稳定性。结果表明,复合凝胶内部呈均匀的多孔结构,孔径大小200 μm左右。红外光谱结果表明半纤维素、壳聚糖与环氧氯丙烷之间通过化学交联形成凝胶的网络结构。随壳聚糖用量的增加,复合凝胶在去离子水中的溶胀比逐渐减小,压缩强度逐渐增大,当壳聚糖用量为4%时,压缩强度达325 kPa。 |
Abstract:In this study, hemicellulose/chitosan composite hydrogels were prepared in alkali/urea/water system by using corncob hemicellulose and chitosan. The effect of chitosan dosage on the swelling behavior and compressive strength of the composite hydrogels were discussed, and finally thermal degrade stability of the hydrogels was investigated. Results showed that the hydrogels had a uniform porous structure with a pore size of about 200 μm. Infrared spectroscopy indicated that the network structure of the composite hydrogels was formed by chemical cross-linking between hemicellulose, chitosan and epichlorohydrin. With the increase of chitosan dosage, the swelling ratio of the composite hydrogels in deionized water gradually decreased, the compressive strength gradually increased, and when the dosage of chitosan was 4%, the compressive strength reached 325 kPa. |
